- We offer free delivery for those who live in Stittsville and Kanata in Ontario.
- It takes 2-5 business days for ON, MB, SK, AB, BC, NS, NB and PEI. Shipping may take longer for deliveries in Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories.

- We offer a 30-day return window—so you’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
- To qualify, the item needs to be in its original condition: unused or unworn, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to hang on to your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- We’ll let you know as soon as we’ve received and checked your return. If everything looks good and your refund is approved, it’ll be sent back to your original payment method automatically. Just a heads-up—it might take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post it on your end.
